This magical glowing tattoo empowers the user with the ability to fly on command. The tattoo has to be inscribed with a magical dagger of at least +2 power and the blood of a sprite, an eagle and a griffin. The blood, when mixed together, forms the ink of the tattoo. The wizard inscribing the tattoo must cast a write spell on his work and then a permanency spell to make the tattoo permanent.
