The sequel to Legions of Hell, Armies of the Abyss is a new monstrous compendium and much more. This sourcebook is also for those who would wish to play evil characters, and for the DM looking for even nastier things to put in his campaign.
Within this book you’ll find 22 demon princes listed in gory detail, along with dozens of evil henchmen to help them spread evil across the abyss (and the prime material plane too). Presented here is also the Thaumaturge, a new core class for those wanting to play evil characters (even though I count myself out of this group, I know that some DMs and players like to do this). Along with this are various domains, spells and other tools for evil spellcasters to use. The accompanying artwork is of good quality too, even though I wouldn’t call it top notch (but close).
For all those player looking for information on playing evil characters, or for DMs like myself in search of more fiends to throw into the game, this is one good (no pun intended) place to look!
